Shopping Hours
Our personal shoppers shop for you, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
To provide each customer with a personalized shopping experience, orders are scheduled in hourly booking windows, organized in a queue, on a first-come, first-served basis.
For same day deliveries, a limited number of shopping appointments are available each hour. Once an hour reaches capacity, new orders are automatically scheduled for the next available shopping window, in order, on the next business day.
Orders Placed After Business Hours
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be scheduled beginning with the first available shopping window at 8:00 AM on the next business day.
If the first morning window is already full, your order will be placed into the next available shopping window. Depending on order volume, your scheduled shopping time may occur later that day or on a following business day. (Same day delivery is only guaranteed when the “Order Window is open!” green dot is displayed).

We schedule every order in the order it is received to ensure a fair and organized shopping experience for all customers. Once your shopping window has been assigned, you’ll receive an update letting you know when your personal shopper will begin your order.
