Boxxi Orders Placed Before Delivery
If you place a Girli Boxxi order and then change your mind and wish to cancel and recieve a refund, BEFORE the order is shopped, you are able to do so.
We will refund your budget amount, in addition to all shopping and delivery fees.
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if shopping has not yet begun.
- Once a shopper has started purchasing your items, the shopping fee and delivery fee are non-refundable.
- If products have already been purchased, the order cannot be canceled simply because you changed your mind.
Please note that because every order is personally shopped specifically for you, we begin working on your order shortly after it is placed. Please double-check your order before checking out. If you receive a text that your order is being fulfilled, your shopper has already started shopping and all shopping and delivery fee refunds are no longer applicable.
Standard Shopping Orders
Items purchased from retailers such as Target, Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens may be eligible for return according to their retailer’s return policy.
A copy of the original purchase receipt will be provided for you in your order.
Please note:
- Return eligibility is determined solely by the retailer.
- Customers are responsible for following the retailer’s return requirements and conditions.
- If a retailer accepts a return, any refund issued to Girli Boxxi as the original purchaser will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method after the retailer’s refund has been received and verified.
Mystery Shopping & Discovery Orders
All Mystery Shopping, Discovery, Surprise Me, and other curated BOXXI’s are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
These orders are personalized and curated specifically for each customer based on their selected preferences, shopping profile, budget, and requested experience. Because the value of these orders is the personalized curation and discovery process, returns are not accepted for these collections.
For these special orders, you’ll recieve a digital receipt with all products and their pricing. It’s not a valid receipt for returns but simply a proof of purchase.

Please note that if you contact your bank or credit card provider to dispute a charge, the review and final decision are made by your financial institution in accordance with its policies. Girli Boxxi will provide documentation related to our policies, the order, including order details, shopping status, receipts, and delivery confirmation, when requested. We keep all records to support our legitimate transactions.
